NEW Philippine Sports Commission chairman Noli Eala graces the Philippine Sportswriters Association Forum for the first time in a face-to-face session at the ground floor of the Rizal Memorial Sports Complex.
Eala will be joined by officials of the NCAA Management Committee led by chairman Estefanio Boquiron in the weekly sports program that starts at 10 a.m.
Eala is expected to bare his plans and programs for the government sports agency.

The NCAA officials meanwhile, will discuss the league’s coming Season 98 that kicks off this Saturday at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.
The weekly sports program is presented by San Miguel Corp., Milo, PSC, Philippine Olympic Committee, Amelie Hotel Manila, and the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corp.
