EMILIO Aguinaldo College taekwondo jin John Vergel Reyes bagged the gold in the online NCAA 96th season boy’s junior’s poomsae standard competition last Wednesday.
Reyes totaled 7.217 points while San Sebastian College’s Aaron Isaac Sevilla took home the silver with 6.717 points. San Beda University’s Tor Timothy Castillo had 6.634 points to cop the bronze.
Lebron James Alemania of Letran finished fourth with 6.117 points followed by Kimichi Ramirez of College of St. Benilde-La Salle Greenhills at fifth with 6.067.
The NCAA pushed through with its new season with online events, with the basketball and volleyball tournaments getting mothballed.
