COLLEGE of St. Benilde and Arellano University lady taekwondo jins stamped their class last Sunday in the 96th NCAA season women’s speed kicking competitions.
Lady Blazer Loralee Natividad tallied 7.067 to bag the gold in the welterweight division.
Aliciarose Gonzales of host Letran scored 6.400 to snare the silver, while CSB’s Shiela Samson had 6.317 points for the bronze.
Rizza Rose Collado of San Beda University (6.275), Ella Mae Ronquillo of Mapua University (5.717), and Armaelyn Agudulo (6.108) and Angelica Uyan (5.650) of Arellano completed the seven-player field.
In the lightweight division, Arellano’s Pauline Gaye Rey scored 6.508 markers to rule the division while Rocio Cortez Diaz of CSB totaled 6.433 points for the silver.
Francis Claire Apuya of Arellano had 6.250 to cop the bronze.
