EYEING to regain the throne, Cignal looks to start its campaign on a high note when it faces Santa Rosa City today in the Spikers’ Turf Open Conference at the Paco Arena.
The game time is set at 4 p.m., with the HD Spikers, dethroned last year by the NU-Archipelago Builders in the Big Dance, seeking a fast start against the Lions who are out to bounce back from an opening-day loss.
Cignal will still have the services of Marck Espejo, Ysay Marasigan, JP Bugaoan, Manuel Sumanguid, Peter Torres, Wendel Miguel, Alfred Valbuena, Chumason Njigha, Sandy Montero, Edmar Bonono, Alexis Faytaren, and Geuel Asia.
The HD Spikers, champions of the PNVF Champions League last year, has new recruits in EJ Casana and Gadpray Aresgado.
