FRESH from winning the gold in the 50th FIG Artistic Gymnastics World Championships, Caloy Yulo talks about his campaign in a special guest appearance in the online edition of the Philippine Sportswriters Association Forum today, Tuesday.
Yulo will be joined in the public sports program by Gymnastics Association of the Philippines President Cynthia Carrion and Yulo’s Japanese coach, Munehiro Kugimiya.
Yulo, 21, won the gold in the men’s vault and added a silver medal in the parallel bars. He failed to defend his title in the floor exercise though, finishing fifth in the event held in Kitakyushu, Japan over the weekend.
Joining the gymnastics group in the second part of the session are Karate Pilipinas president Richard Lim and national team stalwart Jamie Lim, who will talk about the coming World Championships in Dubai.
Richard Lim will be the country’s chef de mission to the 2023 Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games.
The weekly program starts at 10 a.m. and is presented by San Miguel Corp., Milo, Amelie Hotel Manila, Braska Restaurant, and the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corp.
