TWO coming sports events to cap the final month of the year will be discussed in the online session of the Philippine Sportswriters Association Forum today, Tuesday.
Carl Jammes Martin and former amateur standout Charly Suarez will be featured in the boxing side of the 11 a.m. public sports program while WNBL Executive Vice President Rhose Montreal talks about the Season 2021 finals of the only women’s professional basketball league in the country.
Martin, dubbed the “Wonder Boy,” vies for the Philippine super-bantamweight crown against reigning champion Mark Anthony “El Heneral” Geraldo on Dec. 4 at the Elorde Sports Complex.
Suarez, a three-time Southeast Asian Games gold medal winner, will fight in the undercard against fellow undefeated Delmar Pellio.
