THE Philippine Blu Girls bound for the World Cup will be the special guests in the resumption of the weekly Philippine Sportswriters Association (PSA) Forum today at the conference hall of the Rizal Memorial Sports Complex.
Representing the team in the 10 a.m. session are skipper Ann Antolihao, Cristy Joy Roa, and Celyn Ojare.
The Blu Girls suffered a 10-5 loss to Chinese Taipei in the battle for the bronze in the recently concluded Women Softball Asia Cup in Incheon, South Korea.
But they earned the fourth and final slot for Asia in the World Cup to be held this June in Europe.
The weekly public sports program is presented by San Miguel Corp., Philippine Sports Commission, Philippine Olympic Committee, Milo, and the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corp.
