THE Philippine Blu Girls team bound for the Softball World Cup will grace the weekly Philippine Sportswriters Association Forum today, Tuesday, before departing for Italy this weekend.
Amateur Softball Association of the Philippines secretary general Cheska Altamonte leads the team members gracing in the 11 a.m. session at the conference hall of the Rizal Memorial Sports Complex.
The World Cup in Italy is set July 22 to 27, with the Blu Girls up against world No. 1 Japan, Canada, New Zealand, Venezuela, and the host country.
