THE Philippine men’s baseball team bound for the 19th Asian Games will be the guest in the Philippine Sportswriters Association today prior to its departure for Hangzhou, China.
Philippine Amateur Baseball Association Secretary General Pepe Munoz and members of the national will discuss their coming campaign in the Asiad, where preliminary games start on Oct. 1.
The public sports program starts at 10 a.m.

The other part of the public sports program will feature legendary basketball coach Joe Lipa and co-author Peter Regalado Lopez to talk about the newly published 280-page book Basketball 101.
The Forum is backed by San Miguel Corp., Philippine Sports Commission, Milo, Philippine Olympic Committee, and the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corp.
