BIANCA Pagdanganan tries to erase the sad memories of her previous US LPGA tour outing when she competes today (Thursday in the US) in the Kroger Queen City Championship in the Kenwood Country Club Kendale course in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Pagdanganan missed the cut at the Dana Open in Sylvania, Ohio a week ago so will be keen on finishing the 72-hole competition on the par-72, 6,551-yard layout in the progressive Ohio city that serves as the headquarters of American multinational consumer company Procter and Gamble.
The tournament offers at total pot of $1.75 million (around P99.8 million) with the champion going home with $262,500 (P14.9 million).
Pagdanganan will be joined in the event by former national teammate Yuka Saso, the 2021 US Open champion who now plays for Japan, and compatriot Dottie Ardina. — Bong Pedralvez
