BIANCA Pagdanganan tries to erase the bad memories of her lackluster outing in the last US Women’s Open when she sees action in the Shoprite LPGA Classic teeing off today at the Seaview Bay Course in Galloway, New Jersey.

Pagdanganan shot a tournament-worst 82 in the final round of the 77th edition of the prestigious tourney on the way to finishing 68th at the Pine Needles Lodge & Golf Club in Southern Pines, North Carolina last weekend.

The Tokyo Olympic Games veteran has been in a prolonged slump since making her debut in the US LPGA tour in 2020 and hopes she can finally regain her winning form that garnered her two gold medals in the 2019 Southeast Asian Games.

Joining Pagdanganan in the $1.75 million, 72-hole event offering a top prize of $262,500 (roughly P133.8 million) is US-based compatriot Dottie Ardina, who got cut in the last US Women’s Open.
