AFTER a fiery start, Bianca Pagdanganan continued to sputter yesterday (Saturday in the US), shooting a woeful 77 that pulled her down to a five-way tie for 68th place with a round to go in the JM Eagle LA Championship presented by Plastpro at the Wilshire Country Club in Los Angeles.
Pagdanganan, who shot a 67 in the opening round and 73 in the second, birdied the first hole but went downhill the rest of the way on the front nine, her play stained by double bogeys on hols Nos. 3 and 6, both par fours, and bogeys on Nos. 5 and 9 over the par-71, 6,258-yard layout.
