LYCEUM eyes its ninth win and tries to move to solo second when it tangles with Perpetual Help today in the 95th NCAA basketball tournament at The Arena in San Juan.
The match is set at 4 p.m. after San Sebastian College battles College of St. Benilde in the curtain-raiser at 2 o’clock.
