BUOYED by the success of the inaugural tourney of the PBA 3×3, the pro league is out to scale new heights in its second tournament.
“Overall, ang ganda ng impact ng 3×3. One, napasaya natin ang mga fans,” Commissioner Willie Marcial said last Tuesday in the online Philippine Sportswriters Association forum.
“Okay sa mga (Board of) Governors. Okay sa TV, ang ganda ng rating natin, and Okay din sa mga sponsors,” he added.

Marcial said a 14th team in Master Sardines will join the second conference, while an unnamed squad has also expressed interest.
