Washington’s Elle Ladine, Dalayah Daniels and Hannah Stines teamed for 21 of the Huskies’ 24 points in the third, but Washington (7-3, 0-1) still trailed by eight going into the fourth. Ladine finished with a team-high 19 points.
The Bruins shot 54.2 percent from the field, including 66.7 percent in the third. The Huskies shot just 40.4 percent from the field despite making 9 of 15 shots (60 percent) in the third.

Milay Fulwiley collected 20 points and three steals, and the Gamecocks lowered the boom on the Horned Frogs in the second quarter in the Coast to Coast Challenge in Fort Worth, Texas.
Te-Hina Paopao and Raven Johnson scored 11 points apiece for South Carolina (9-1), which ran its winning streak to four since losing its only game of the season. The Gamecocks handed TCU its first loss and also scored the most points of the season against TCU, which entered Sunday tied for second in Division I by allowing only 49.1 points per game.
