The whole cast of “Top Class: Rise To P-Pop Stardom” — the newest, biggest, most advanced, and most interactive P-Pop talent reality competition in the Philippines — has publicly gathered for the first time ever in a mall show and media conference entitled “Stan Up! Top Class Grand Mediacon,” held on Sunday, June 12 , at the Glorietta Activity Center in Makati City. The event was hosted by VJ Ai, who is also the host of Kumu show P-Popsilog on the Top Class kumu channel.
Present in the media conference are the hosts and mentors of the show: Catriona Gray – Host, Albie Casiño – co-host, Yukii Takahashi – co-host, KZ Tandingan – vocal mentor, Brian Puspos – dance mentor, and Shanti Dope – rap mentor. Also present are the thirty trainees who have passed the highly competitive and rigorous audition process. P-Pop’s “Newest Caliber,” G22 (read as “Gee-twenty-two”), and “The Monster Rookies” of P-Pop, VXON (read as “vision”), also graced the event as special guest performers.
The state-of-the-art campus of National University Laguna will serve as the home of “Top Class,” an apt venue for a show that strives to bring out and hone the world-class potential of P-Pop talent in the Philippines.
