BGYO has collected ten million streams on Spotify and 12 million views on YouTube, capping a breakthrough debut year that saw the five-member P-pop group achieving many firsts since its launch in 2021.
To mark this milestone and to celebrate their first anniversary this month, BGYO will hold a livestreaming party for fans this Saturday (January 29) at 6 p.m. on BGYO’s Facebook page, YouTube Channel, and kumu. This special event is the first of the many exciting surprises the group has in store for their fans, the ACEs.
As the group approaches is first anniversary, the ACEs have continuously shown their support to their idols as BGYO’s song, “Kundiman,” reached one million streams on Spotify last January 21. It is the fifth track from the group’s debut album, “The Light,” to have earned a million streams.
BGYO is also featured in this month’s L’Officiel Philippines issue, which features K-pop sensation BTS as its cover.
After their impressive debut last year, Gelo, Akira, JL, Mikki, and Nate have quickly established themselves as one of P-pop’s leading male groups.
