“It’s Showtime” host and model Ion Perez.

It’s not brand new, said his partner Vice Ganda. But it can still be considered new since it’s Ion’s first time to own one.

Neither of them would tell how much the car cost. But Ion is really proud of his new purchase because he bought the car with his personal savings.

“Perang galing sa earnings niya sa ‘It’s Showtime’,” said a kibitzer. “Kaya kahit si Vice, ipinagmamalaki niya.”

It was a surprise, including to himself, when Robin Padilla emerged as the number one senator in the last elections.

He was a first-time candidate for a national post. But, as the actor said, “God is good.”

“May katotohanan ang kasabihang kapag iginuhit ng tadhana, siyang mangyayari,” he maintained. “I’m making sure and I pray, too, that I live up to everyone’s expectations, especially the expectations of those who voted for me.

“Magtatrabaho talaga ako. Para sa kabutihan ng tao, nating lahat,” he promised.

They are both 32 and truly love each other. But getting married is not yet in their minds.

As they both say, “dumarating bigla iyan, kahit hindi natin inaasahan.

“Asahan ny’ong doon ang ending naming.”

Luis and Jessy’s next agenda is to give Ate Vi an apo that she has long been asking for.

It will be the first apo, if ever.

Many are wondering when Senator Bong Revilla will start his next project, the continuation of “Agiman ng Agila.”

We ourselves are eager to know what will happen next, because of the exciting story and impressive effects that we saw in the action series.

Of course, the second installment of the series was also much admired because of the presence of Senator Bong’s co-stars, all former beauty queens.

Well, we heard even Senator Bong is excited to return before the cameras.

His grandkids, he said, also enjoyed his last show, and were fans of “Agimat ng Agila.”

Well, how about including several young stars in the cast the next time.

That would be a good addition to the much-loved “Agimat” characters.
