Kylie Padilla has denied being in a romantic relationship with Gerald Anderson.
They are just good friends, the mom of two insisted.
The rumor started because the two recently shot a movie, “Unravel,” in Switzerland.
Gerald, who has a reputation for being a ladies’ man, has been romantically linked to most of his leading ladies, including Kim Chiu, Sarah Geronimo, Bea Alonzo, Pia Wurtzbach, and of course, his current love, Julia Barretto. Gerald and Kim were even given the couple name “Kimerald” and starred in several hits, including “Paano Na Kaya” and “Till My Heartaches End.”
He and girlfriend Julia, on the other hand, were rumored to have fallen for each other while doing the movie, “Between Maybes,” in 2019.
Of course, Gerald was also paired with Gigi de Lana in her first lead role, “Hello, Heart” and is currently in the Kapamilya series with Ivana Alawi, “A Family Affair.” To be fair to the 33-year-old Kapamilya actor, he was not linked to either lady while they worked on their respective projects.

Fans are hooked on the show, especially now that Eloy, played by Daniel, has found out that Hugo (Ronaldo) is his grandfather. Eloy felt lied to and betrayed. After seeing how Hugo loved his mother, Eloy is having doubts about whether the real estate magnate is the one behind his parents’ case.
Meanwhile, Gloria plays Helena, Hugo’s sister. She has finally found out about her brother’s condition.

Speaking of raves, the new Darna, Jane De Leon, is impressing viewers in her debut as the Pinay superhero.
Her transformation happened last Friday, capping off the pilot week of the ABS-CBN series that also saw the death of Leonor (Iza Calzado), the first Darna.
Jane admitted in a previous interview that she’s aware of the huge responsibility of breathing life to the iconic character. Just like Darna’s alter-ego Narda, Jane was nervous.
Jane made sure to undertake intense preparation. She and worked out and attended workshops to prepare for the role.
Eventually, she grew more confident. That character development also happened to Narda. Despite having qualms about fully embracing her destiny as a superhero, Narda bravely swallowed the stone, triggering her Darna alter ego.
Jane’s momentous scene shot up the hashtag #LipadDarna to the top of the local Twitter trend list and at the second spot in the worldwide list.
JRB Creative Production also released the official poster of the series, which features Jane in a fierce stance while clad in her red and gold Darna ensemble.
What happens next to Darna? Well, she will face the mysterious characters of Javier Toledo or Lindol Man, played by Dominic Ochoa and Master Klaudio, played by Joko Diaz.
How about for Jane de Leon? What will the future hold for her? All the previous actresses who played Darna are markado, including Vilma Santos and Rio Locsin, who plays Jane’s lola in the current series. The last two actresses who played Darna before Jane — Angel Locsin and Marian Rivera — went on to play challenging lead roles after donning the red and gold superhero costume. Both also won many awards. Of course, Marian is now fulfilled in her role as wife of Dingdong Dantes and mom of their two kids, Ziggy and Zia. Angel, on the other hand, is happily married to producer Neil Arce.
