It is the first time for Heaven Peralejo to take on a sexy role on the big screen.
The 23-year-old actress plays a “sugar baby” in “Nanahimik ang Gabi,” Rein Entertainment’s entry in this year’s Metro Manila Film Festival.
Directed by Shugo Praico, “Nanahimik” is a thriller that involves three characters — Heaven and her sugar daddy Ian Veneracion and the mysterious Mon Confiado.
At the movie’s press con last Monday, Heaven said that though she has kissing scenes, shares intimate scenes with Ian and dons a sexy swimsuit in “Nanahimik,” she does not see herself going beyond those kinds of scenes and appearing in more daring shoots because she wants to consider her parents’ feelings.

Just how sexy is she in “Nanahimik ang Gabi”? Well, Heaven said viewers need to see it in cinemas when it opens on December 25 to find out.

Rein Entertainment’s Lino Cayetano, an amazing director himself, is proud of “Nanahimik ang Gabi.”
He is especially proud that the characters are so well defined that each of the three roles deserve their own storylines.
“I think part kung bakit we are so proud of the movie and I’ve seen it three times, may bagong meaning every time na panoorin ko, kasi ang lalim ng pagkasulat ni Direk Shugo ng characters.
“Pag titingnan mo isang pelikula lang siya for the most part tatlo silang artista, pero dahil napakalalim ng pagkasulat, buhay na buhay yung bawat isa. So we can have a whole story, even a TV series or a whole movie, ‘yung kwento ni Chief, ‘yung kwento ni Meann…
“Actually, meron kaming tatlong path na prequel, sequel, continuation na pwedeng puntahan ng tatlong kwento. Nothing solid yet but tribute lang ‘yun kung gaano kalalim at hindi one-dimentional ‘yung mga characters.
“Kaya ‘pag pinanood nyo po, I think it is really a cinematic experience. Napaka-intimate,” he explained.

The holidays are also Kim’s busiest time because of work commitments and projects she has to attend to. “I am doing series of projects now and that’s what makes me busy these days plus I have just started my bag business and I am very happy with the result. I can’t wait for the restock and people want more of house of little bunny bags! “she adds. “I need to spark up my energy and be prepared for the coming holiday season! Feeling good!
