BEAUTEDERM big boss Rhea Anicoche-Tan is very happy that she got her 76th celebrity endorser, Bea Alonzo, for her new products: Reiko Slimaxine (diet enhancer) and Reiko Fitox (digestion enhancer) all natural supplements made in Japan.
“Bea is such a fitspiration because she always takes good care of herself despite her very hectic schedule,” she says. “Bea sees to it that she is healthy first and foremost because, in the pandemic, we all learned the value of good health. I proudly welcome her as the official brand ambassador of Beautéderm’s Reiko Slimaxine and Reiko Fitox. I’ve been her fan since I saw her as Basha in ‘One More Chance’.”
Bea says she’s easily convinced to endorse these products.
“When you are in your 30s, parang hindi na lang gandang panlabas ang iniisip mo. Honestly, I was so scared to turn thirty. Siguro, society kasi taught us na kapag 30s na ang babae, dapat nag-aasawa na, nagse-settle down na. At that time, I was at the point of my life na ibang-iba pa ang circumstances ng buhay ko. Parang iniisip ko, ‘Anong gagawin ko, thirties na ako?’ But then, when I finally turned 30, parang tuloy lang pala buhay. Now, I think I am more comfortable with my own skin. I can talk about my weaknesses. I can talk about my vulnerabilities that I don’t mention when I was in my 20s kasi mas marami kang reservations or insecurities when you’re in your 20s. But now in my 30s, parang kaya ko nang sabihin freely what’s in my heart. Mas less filtered ka na and parang mas masaya 30s for me, mas enjoy ako.”
Bea just arrived from Madrid and she is glowing, even saying she’s in her happiest state right now. Why so?
“Siguro dahil kuntento ako, ‘di ba? Magiging mas masaya ka kapag may contentment sa puso mo. If you’re grateful. And I’m grateful sa lahat ng meron ako ngayon. I have a beautiful family, I have a very good and handsome boyfriend. I’m still getting a lot of projects that I like at nabibigyan ako ng liberty to actually do projects that I’ve never done before. Like I have a project with Direk Erik Matti, na globally ilalabas. And I’m starting to tape ‘Start Up’ with Alden Richards for GMA-7. So, I’m very, very excited. Parang I’m really spreading my wings ngayon.”
What if her boyfriend Dominic Roque would propose marriage to her?
“Oh my God, siempre, oo agad kasi hindi naman ako nandito sa relasyong ito para lang maglaro. At my age, I also want that. Ang tagal din naming nag-date before naging officially kami kasi I want to be sure muna. Kasi nakakahiya kung lagi na lang akong nagkakamali. People will say, ano ba itong si Bea, paulit-ulit na lang, tatanga. So sure na ako kay Dom. Napag-usapan na rin naman ‘yan kasi nasa right age na kami pareho. But alam naman niya na marami pa akong gagawin. He knows what my priorities are right now.”

“I am so honored and proud to be part of this series,” says Cindy. “Direk Roman Perez says it’s their biggest project daw kasi ngayon lang pinagsama-samang lahat all its stars in one show and I’m so happy to be able to work with all of them. You’lll see me here in another light, dahil hindi puro paghuhubad ang ginawa ko. I’m happy sa ginawa ko sa series na ito, I play a character that really challenged me as an actress.”
Has she ever been involved in a scandal in real-life?
“No, I’m thankful hindi pa ako naiskandalo sa totoong buhay. Maingat na maingat ako sa ganyang mga bagay kasi ang mga tao iba-iba ang isip. Dapat alagaan natin ang sarili natin para maiwasan yan lalo na ang mga babae.”
