Concentrix + Webhelp, the Philippines’ largest private employer, on Tuesday unveiled its newest site in Cebu Exchange Tower, its 9th office in Cebu.
Cebu Exchange houses over 4,500 employees of Concentrix + Webhelp and is now the largest staffed-site of the customer experience services and technologies provider in the Philippines.
Amit Jagga, senior vice president and country leader for the Philippines, said this early the company is eyeing three more floors in Cebu Exchange Tower in addition to the five it has opened, adding “we believe it is a great site.”
“As opportunity strikes, we will definitely look at opening new sites,” Jagga said, when asked about expansion plans.
Concentrix + Webhelp has 52 sites in 20 cities across the Philippines supporting over 100,000 workers.
