SAN Juan City Mayor Francis Zamora is ready to face allegations of corruption in the Tulong Panghanapbuhay sa Ating Disadvantaged/Displaced Workers (TUPAD) program in San Juan by Sen. JV Ejercito.
“I am just waiting for the Senate if they will invite me to go there because that is my chance to show that I have nothing to hide. If they really do have proof of corruption, then they should present it,” Zamora said.
Zamora said those accusing him of corruption need to present a sworn statement and evidence, not just two videos taken two years ago. He said one of the witnesses in the alleged corruption acts is dead. — Christian Oineza
