Spearheading the comprehensive and in-depth elections coverage is the presidential series done in partnership with Go Negosyo, Kandidatalks, which will see all 10 presidential candidates discussing critical issues in Negosyo (Business), Trabaho (Work), and Kalusugan (Health). Moderated by “Frontline Pilipinas” news anchor and host Cheryl Cosim, the week-long series will air on One PH (Ch. 1) at 10:30 a.m. and One News (8 SD|250 HD) at 5:30 p.m. The series will also be seen next on TV5 on March 26, April 2 and 9 at 9 p.m.

“Bilang Pilipino” brings a full-packed month of much-awaited political debates as it covers the COMELEC: Pilipinas Debate 2022 presidential and vice presidential debates, which aired on March 19 and 20, respectively. The second presidential debate will air on April 3 while the Townhall Vice-Presidential and Presidential Debates will be on April 23 and 24, respectively. The COMELEC debates are aired on One News and One PH channels from 7 to 9:30 p.m. on weekends, also simulcast on TV5.

To help Filipinos gain more insight on the electoral and political landscape of the last six Philippine presidencies, Cignal and TV5 put together the docuseries “The Promise Tracker.”

The 3-part series aims to shed light on the promises made by six Philippine presidents, from Cory Aquino to Rodrigo Duterte, and whether these have been fulfilled or not. Hosted by Filipino broadcast journalist Cheche Lazaro, the probe will use a scorecard for each president. “The Promise Tracker” will air on March 26 on both One News Channel at 7:30 p.m. and TV5 at 8:30 p.m.

Former journo and public affairs executive Mon Isberto also takes a spot under “Bilang Pilipino” as he reads between the lines in the no-holds-barred talk and commentary program “Optics: Politics of Perception.” Talking to campaign and PR strategists and image consultants, Isberto will delve into the politics of perception — why candidates do what they do, what their actions signify, and how image helps these politicians secure power. Available on One News, the show will air starting March 27 at 6 p.m.

Last to air on April 13 at 7:30 p.m. on One News Channel is reality-documentary “Hitting the Campaign Trail.” The one-hour docu-series will examine the stories behind the campaign period and give viewers a teleserye-style glimpse into the apparent political drama. Investigations will obtain behind-the-scenes information from embedded journalists in the campaign trail.

The “Bilang Pilipino 2022” elections coverage shows will air on TV5, One News channel, and One PH.
