Medal of Valor awardee Lt. Gen. Cirilito Sobejana assumes the top Army post during change-of-command ceremonies on Tuesday, August 4, presided by Defense Secretary Delfin Lorenzana at the Army headquarters in Fort Bonifacio. Sobejana replaced Lt. Gen. Gilbert Gapay who is now Armed Forces chief.
