Senator Ramon Bong Revilla, Jr. welcomed the birth of his newest grandchild, Lauren Angela Anita Revilla, the firstborn of Jolo and Angelica Revilla.
The senator was overjoyed to learn about the newest addition to their family. He said he was in a meeting when he received a phone call from his son, Jolo. He recalled being unable to contain his excitement.
“Nagulat nga ‘yung mga ka-meeting ko dahil hindi ko ma-contain ‘yung tuwa, lalo na nung ipinakita na nila sa akin sa video,” said Bong.
“May bagong baby girl Revilla na naman. Lolo na naman ako!”
The senator mentioned that it was a long-awaited blessing for Jolo and Angel.
“I’m so happy for Jolo and Angel. Especially na matagal nilang hinintay itong blessing na ito from God,” he said.
Aside from his new app, the senator had been especially busy as he geared up for the highly anticipated premiere of the second season of his popular TV series, “Walang Matigas na Pulis sa Matinik na Misis” (WMP). The show premiered its second season yesterday, February 4, at 7:15 p.m. on GMA.
Revilla had expressed his intense excitement for the upcoming premiere and shared that he and his co-stars have worked tirelessly to deliver fun and relaxation to their viewers every Sunday. He revealed that the new season will introduce a new slate of artists, including Jestoni Alarcon, Ejay Falcon, Michael De Mesa, Jay Manalo, Ramon Christopher Gutierrez, Roi Vinzon, Celeste Cortesi, Herlene Budol, Liezel Lopez, Lianne Valentin, and Mika Salamanca. These newcomers are expected to bring laughter, thrills, and action-packed scenes to the show.
To generate excitement and anticipation for the premiere, Revilla and the entire cast of held a grand motorcade that traversed the streets of Taguig, Muntinlupa, and San Pedro, Laguna.
“I’m truly grateful to all those who binged on Season 1 of ‘Walang Matigas na Pulis sa Matinik na Misis’ last year,” Revilla said.
“So, this Season 2, expect more intense situations. You’ll laugh, be thrilled by funny, action- packed scenes. And watch for our new bunch of frenemies this season!”
