POLICE operatives arrested three suspected drug dealers and seized 1.13 kilos of suspected shabu worth P7.68 million in Cainta, Rizal on Monday night, it was reported yesterday.
The suspects were identified as James Vicencio Conco, 19; Diana Vallador Antonio, 19; and Richard Madarang Arellano, alias Lops, 43, all residents of Marikina City.
Operatives of the PNP Drug Enforcement Group, Rizal provincial police office, and Cainta police station arrested the suspects in a buy-bust operation at around 9 p.m. at a parking lot along VV Soliven II Avenue in Barangay San Isidro, Cainta.
