OPERATIVES of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency arrested two foreigners, one of them a female, and seized 10 kilos of shabu with a street value of P68 million in an anti-narcotics operation in Quezon City yesterday morning.
PDEA chief Aaron Aquino identified the two as Lawrence Obinna Ikegwuruka, 27, a Nigerian, and Michella Tsimaloto Augustine, 23, alias Beyonce, of Madagascar.
Aquino said the two were nabbed by operatives of PDEA-Intelligence and Investigation Service and PDEA-National Capital Region’s Regional Special Enforcement Team at around 9:30 a.m. on Don A. Roces Ave. in Barangay Paligsahan.
The two were nabbed by PDEA operatives after handing drugs to a poseur buyer.

Brig Gen. Johnson Almazan, Eastern Police District director, identified the four as Peter Ernest De Leon, 19; Neogene Paredes, 39; Jomar Cabulagan, 38; and Alvin Velasco.
Seized from them were four sachets containing 47.15 grams of suspected shabu and drug paraphernalia.
In Cardona Rizal, two brothers were arrested during a buy-bust operation at Sitio Ampucao, Barangay Iglesia yesterday. Police seized suspected shabu worth P500,000.
Col. Renato Alba, Rizal PNP provincial director, identified the two as Niño Campo, 37; and his brother Billie, 32, who has formerly surrendered to authorities as a drug suspect.
Police seized more than P30,000 worth of suspected shabu and nabbed an alleged drug pusher in a buy-bust operation in Las Piñas City last Monday.
The suspect was identified as Eric Davin, 42, a resident of Las Piñas City.
