SIX suspected drug pushers were arrested and P6.36 million worth of suspected illegal drugs were seized by police operatives in Taguig, Quezon City, and Taytay, Rizal last Tuesday night.
Police identified the suspect nabbed in Taguig as Omie Pinendo Salik, 24, a resident of the city. Seized from him were 350 grams of suspected shabu with a street value of P2,3800,000.
Nabbed in Quezon City were Melanie David, 36; John Carlo Yturralde, 22; and Belen Marie Ayaquil, 21. Seized from them were 100 grams of alleged shabu with a street value of P680,000, a cellular phone and a motorcycle.
Arrested in Taytay were Seila Buenvenida, 33, and Joan Kimberly Go, 26, residents of Barangay San Juan. Seized from them were P3.3 million worth of suspected ecstasy tablets. — Noel Talacay and Christian Oineza
