POLICE operatives arrested four suspected drug dealers and seized over three kilos of marijuana worth P4.1 million in Quezon City last Wednesday night.
Quezon City Police District-Station 5 commander Lt. Col. Elizabeth Jasmin identified the suspects as Mihingold Guina, 23; Daryl Louie Borgonia, 31; Miriam Doctor, 23 and Fernando Mendoza, 25.
Guina and Borgonia are said to be among the “drug personalities” operating in the National Capital Region.
The four were nabbed in a buy-bust operation at around 7:40 p.m. on Valiant St. in Barangay Greater Fairview.
Seized from them were 3.16 kilos of high-grade marijuana, a Honda City car, a cellular phone, and the buy-bust money.
Mendoza told the police that the marijuana came from Guina, Borgonia and Doctor.
In Cebu, police operatives also arrested another suspected drug dealer identified as Elton John Paraiso Dela Torre, 30.
Reports reaching Camp Crame said Dela Torre was nabbed in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Carreta also last Wednesday.
Seized from him were 675 grams of suspected shabu worth P4.59 million.
In Negros Occidental, alleged drug dealers Jordan Alquizalas, 31, and Cesar Pasilan, 54, were arrested by the police in another buy-bust operation San Carlos City also last Wednesday.
The duo yielded 50 grams of suspected shabu worth P340,000.
