POLICE operatives arrested three female suspected drug peddlers and seized five kilos of suspected shabu worth P34 million in an anti-narcotics operation in Bacoor City in Cavite on Monday night.
Quezon City Police District chief Brig. Gen. Ronnie Montejo identified the suspects as Anabel Natividad, alias Anabel Mayol, 52; Teresita Daan, 52; , and Riza Aguiton, 43, all of Barangay Molino III in Bacoor City.
The three were nabbed by joint operatives of the QCPD, National Capital Region Police Office, MIMAROPA regional police office and Bacoor City police in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Molino III at around 10:45 p.m.
Montejo said the suspects’ cohort, identified as Raffy Aguiton, resisted arrest and managed to escape on board his motorcycle.
Seized from the suspects were five kilos of suspected shabu and a Ford Raptor pick-up vehicle.
Two men were arrested in a buy-bust operation in Mandaluyong City on Monday night, with P39,440 worth of suspected shabu seized.
Col. Hector Grijaldo, local police chief, identified the two as Enrique Lorbes, 36; and Richard Mark Tayabas, 26.
Seize from them were 5.8 grams of suspected shabu and a .38 revolver with six bullets. — With Christian Oineza
