A JOBLESS man was arrested in a buy-bust operation in Marikina on Saturday, with P272,000 worth of suspected shabu seized.
Col. Restituto Arcangel, local police chief, identified the suspect as Rolando Toralba, 39, of Barangay Parang.
Recovered from him was more or less 40 grams of suspected shabu.
The buy-bust operation was conducted on Ephesians St. in Barangay Concepcion.
Meanwhile, the Antipolo government has given a P100,000 reward to an informant whose tip led to the arrest of the third most wanted person in Rizal Province (for illegal drugs and murder) and another 10th most wanted in Antipolo City(for possession of deadly weapon).
Mayor Andeng Ynares said the informant’s tip led to the arrest of Rafael Ramos, alias Paeng, the 3rd most wanted, of Cainta, Rizal; and Leonardo Ludor, of Cauayan City.
They were spotted in Barangay Mayamot last Friday and were nabbed by authorities. — Christian Oineza
