The suspect, Grace Glory Juntilla, 31, is described by the PNP as a “high-value target” in the war against drugs in Central Visayas.
Juntilla was nabbed by operatives of the Lapu-Lapu City police station and PNP Drug Enforcement Group in a buy-bust operation in Sitio Mustang, Barangay Pusok in Lapu-Lapu City at around 3:25 p.m. She is detained at the Lapu-Lapu City police station.
“The (buy) bust operation was part of the ongoing simultaneous anti-criminality and law Enforcement operation of the Central Visayas Police Regional Office,” said PNP officer-in-charge Lt. Gen. Vicente Danao Jr.
“It’s an effective initiative to create an impact against criminal elements. This tells how the PNP has been working night and day to counter efforts to propagate the illegal drug supply in the country,” added Danao.
