The Ina ng Lupang Pangako Parish in Payatas B, Quezon City on Wednesday, January 12, opened its church doors to the public who wanted to avail of the free COVID-19 antigen tests from Vice President Leni Robredo’s Swab Cab initiative.
Volunteer swabbers and staff from the Office of the Vice President (OVP) Swab Cab will be at the church from 8am to 5pm to facilitate the antigen testing.
Robredo is advocating for free mass testing in areas with high transmission rates to help mitigate the spread of the coronavirus. She expressed concern that the surge in COVID-19 cases would put a strain on the country’s healthcare system. (Photos by OVP)
