A WEEK before the deadline, the National Wages and Productivity Commission (NWPC) has reminded all private establishments to submit their respective Annual Establishment Report on Wages on or before May 31.
In a social media post, the NWPC said all private sector employers are mandated to submit a report on the detailed wages of their workers and employees.
“All private establishments with rank-and-file employees are required to submit this report,” the NWPC said, adding: “The deadline for the submission of the 2022 Annual Establishment Report on Wages is on May 31, 2023.”
The NWPC said private firms will need to register, log in, and submit their reports to the Annual Establishment Report on Wages (AERW) online portal.
The AERW portal is accessible via https://annualwagereport.nwpc.dole.gov.ph.
Under Republic Act No. 6727, all business establishments are required to submit annually a verified itemized report on wages.
The report shall specify the names, salaries, and wages of their workers and employees that are below managerial level.
