THE National Wages and Productivity Commission (NWPC) has extended the deadline for the submission of the 2023 Annual Establishment Report on Wages (AERW) for all private establishments in the country.
In a social media post, the NWPC said the deadline has been moved to June 30 from June 15.
It said the extension is to ensure more firms would comply with the submission of the report.
“(This will) provide private establishments more time to submit their compliance,” said NWPC.
Labor Advisory No. 3 – 2024 provides that all private establishments are required to submit their 2023 AERW as mandated by the Labor Code of the Philippines.
It stated that the AERW must include the names of their rank-and-file employees, including learners, apprentices, and workers with disabilities, who were hired under the terms prescribed in the employment contracts, and their corresponding salaries and wages.
DOLE said the AERW 2023 may be submitted through the link https://annualwegereport.nwps.dole.gov.ph.
