A vendor was shot and wounded by 2 unidentified men for still unknown reasons in Rodriguez, Rizal, last Saturday.
Col. Felipe Maraggun, Rizal provincial police office (PPO) director, identified the victim who was brought to the Ynares Casimiro Ynares Hospital as alias Kevin, 40, a resident of Joville 3 Village, Barangay San Isidro, Rodriguez, Rizal.
Police are conducting a manhunt operation.
Investigation shows that the incident occurred in the neighborhood of Kevin.
He said he was inside his house when he heard someone throwing stones at his house.
He checked outside and discovered that his CCTV outside his house was broken. He saw several men running away.
