PARTY-list bets Tingog, ACT-CIS and Ako Bicol would have topped the midterm elections and secured at least three seats in the House of Representatives if the polls were held today, the April 10 to 16 Tugon ng Masa survey of the OCTA Research showed.
The survey, which involved 1,200 adult respondents nationwide with a margin of error of ±3 percent, showed Tingog with a 5.23 percent voter preference (from 5.77 percent in March), followed by ACT-CIS with 4.83 percent (down from 8.7 percent), and Ako Bicol with 4.55 percent (from 4.2 percent).
OCTA Research said other party-lists which have the potential to secure two seats each if the elections were held now include Duterte Youth at 3.75 percent (up from 2.87 percent), 4Ps at 3.07 percent (down from 5.4 percent), Uswag Ilonggo at 2.91 percent (from 1.91 percent), United Senior Citizens at 2.58 percent (up from 0.76 percent), Kalinga at 2.52 percent (from 1.93 percent), Tupad at 2.26 percent (from 2.36 percent) and Agimat at 2.15 percent.
The survey firm also found that other party-list that received at least one percent voter preference and could possibly secure at least one seat include Angkas Sangga (1.98 percent), Pamilya Ko (1.96 percent), Kusug Tausug (1.94 percent), SSS-GSIS Pensyonado (1.9 percent), Malasakit@Bayanihan (1.86 percent), ABP (1.86 percent), Ako Ilocano Ako (1.80 percent), and TGP (1.76 percent).
Also included are Nanay (1.74 percent), Ako Bisaya (1.74 percent), Kamalayan (1.59 percent), Manila Teachers (1.50 percent), Senior Citizens (1.50 percent), GP or Galing sa Puso (1.34 percent), WIFI (1.14 percent), FPJ Panday Bayanihan (1.13 percent), Alona (1.13 percent), Abante Bisdak (1.13 percent), Ahon Mahirap (1.11 percent), and Kamanggagawa (1.11 percent).
