THE Pagtibayin at Palaguin ang Pangkabuhayang Pilipino (4Ps), Duterte Youth, and ACT-CIS party-lists would have won two to three seats each in the House of Representatives if the midterm elections were held today, the January 17 to 20 survey of the Social Weather Stations (SWS) showed.

The Stratbase Consultancy-commissioned survey involved 1,800 registered voters nationwide and had a ±2.31 percent margin of error.

The results showed 4Ps was the top choice for the party-list group with an 11.8 percent voter preference, down from 13.51 percent in December 2024, followed by the Duterte Youth with 6.05 percent preference (down from 4.14 percent). Both party lists would have gained three seats each if they were elected today.

ACT-CIS received a 5.41 percent voter preference (from 5.63 percent) which would have secured them two seats after surpassing the four percent threshold for additional representation.

The other top choices for party lists were the Senior Citizens (3.43 percent), Ako Bicol (3.27 percent), Tingog (2.75 percent), FPJ Panday Bayanihan (2.45 percent), and Kabataan (2.11 percent), which would have won a seat each for getting at least two percent of the votes.

Trailing behind them are PBBM (1.8 percent), 1Pacman (1.67 percent), Agimat (1.61 percent), Malasakit@Bayanihan (1.58 percent), Edukasyon (1.55 percent), and OFW (1.49 percent).

A total of 156 party-list groups are competing for congressional seats in the May 2025 elections.

Party-list representatives constitute 20 percent of the total number of the members of the House of Representatives.
