THE Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) will hold a special job fair tomorrow, Tuesday, for some 3,000 job vacancies in Hungary as part of the celebration of the Philippines-Hungary Friendship Week.
In a press briefing last Friday, Migrant Workers Undersecretary Patricia Yvonne Caunan said the job fair will be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Robinson’s Galleria in Ortigas Ave., Quezon City.
Caunan added that the vacancies are for machine operators, welders, pipefitters, hotel workers, restaurant workers, and factory workers.
“These are the workers that our licensed recruitment agencies accredited to Hungary will be looking for,” said Caunan.
She said there will be a pre-registration for individuals interested in applying for work in Hungary.
“Let us pre-register so that our job fair will be orderly,” added Caunan.
