A week-long anti-drug crackdown by the Southern Police District netted P3.4 million worth of illegal drugs and the arrest of 55 suspects.
Acting SPD District Director Brig. Gen. Randy Arceo said the 33 separate anti-illegal drug operations in the southern part of the metropolis, which ended on July 20, led to the seizure of 500.29 grams of suspected shabu, two grams of marijuana kush and two grams of marijuana.
Of the 55 suspects arrested, Arceo said 50 were identified as Street Level Individuals while the other five were considered High Value Individuals.
“These arrests mark another significant blow to drug networks operating within Metro Manila’s southern corridor,” Arceo said.
