Only those who passed the initial assessment will be contacted by PESO and will be required to submit a hard copy of their requirements.

The program covers out-of-school youth aged 15 to 30 who are residents of Pasig.

The PESO identified the following reasons why some SPES OSY applicants fail the assessment:

1. Qualifications not included: due to age; currently enrolled; the total income of the family per year exceeds the poverty threshold of P197,868 (or having a monthly income of P16,489)

2. The application form submitted online lacks some of the requirements

3. The applicant is a graduate of a four-year college course 4. The applicant previously took part in the SPES OSY but didn’t go back to school after working.
