PASIG City Mayor Vico Sotto said that he will intensify the information campaign on the city’s medical services to Pasigueños.
During the Monday flag-raising ceremony, Sotto explained that he found a positive post that highlights the work of the city’s health centers but noted that something was missing.
Although he didn’t specify what the health center was reportedly missing, Sotto said that there are a lot of services that Pasigueños were not aware of.
“It seems that more than 50 percent of Pasigueños don’t know certain services exist and are unable to access them,” Sotto said.
Sotto added that they will be conducting information dissemination on the medical services that are available to Pasigueños that are not known or hardly noticed at health centers and hospitals.
The mayor added that the information campaign won’t be limited to medical services but will also discuss some benefits that some, if not most, Pasigueños may not know about.
