PRESIDENT Marcos Jr. has named Agrarian Reform Undersecretary and lawyer Luis Meinrado Pangulayan as commissioner of the Civil Service Commission (CSC).
Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin and Acting Presidential Communications Office Secretary Cesar Chavez separately confirmed to the media the appointment of Pangulayan.
He will serve the unexpired term of Aileen Lourdes Lizada until February 2, 2032.

Pangulayan was serving as Agrarian Reform Undersecretary and concurrent director of the Career Executive Service Board’s appointment before his appointment at CSC.
