THE Bureau of Immigration said Tuesday that its One Stop Shop (OSS) at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport remains open around-the-clock for urgent immigration needs amid heavy rains and flooding in various areas of the country due to the southwest monsoon.
Immigration Commissioner Joel Anthony Viado said the OSS is fully manned and continues to process basic immigration services such as tourist visa extensions and exit clearances, despite the ongoing weather disturbances.
“We remain committed to serving the public, even in challenging times. Our One Stop Shop and online platforms are available so foreign nationals can conveniently access immigration services and focus on enjoying their stay in the Philippines despite the bad weather,” he said.
