A rider was killed when his motorcycle collided with a Mitsubishi Adventure in Cainta, Rizal, yesterday.
Police identified the fatality as Alfred, 41, residing in Pasig City. He died on the spot due to severe head and body injuries.
The driver of the wagon, alias Jolly, of legal age, was arrested and will face charges of reckless imprudence resulting in homicide and damage to property.
The incident occurred on Felix Ave., Barangay Sto. Domingo at 1:10 am.
Alfred was driving his Yamaha NMAX MC toward Marcos Highway while the Mitsubishi Adventure, traveling in the opposite direction, was taking a left turn when its front side collided with the motorcycle.
The rider was thrown and fell on the road, which resulted in his untimely demise.
