An unidentified man was shot dead by an unknown assailant in Antipolo City before dawn on Thursday.
Col. Felipe Maraggun, Rizal provincial police office (PPO) director, said that the fatality who died on the spot due to two gunshot wounds was wearing a black jacket, grey jogging pants, had an approximate height of 5’5” to 5’6”.
Investigation showed that police received reports of gunfire occurring along Cabrera road, Barangay San Roque at around 1:20 a.m.
Police theorized that both the suspect and victim are locals.
