POLICE arrested a man who fired a gun and threatened a neighbor while under the influence of liquor in Taytay, Rizal last Saturday night.
Investigation showed that the incident occurred at 27 Isagani St., Barangay Sta Ana, at around 10 p.m.
Col. Feloteo Gonzalgo, Rizal provincial police office (PPO) director, identified the suspect as alias Harry, 46, a resident of Barangay Sta Ana, Taytay, Rizal.
Seized from him was a .38 revolver with ammunition.
Harry will face charges of grave threat, indiscriminate firing, illegal possession of firearms and ammunition as per the complaint by alias Lady 36, and Joeward, 31.
Harry, at that time, was under the influence of liquor and indiscriminately fired his handgun.
The suspect confronted the victims and pointed his firearm at them, prompting them to flee and seek police assistance.
He was arrested by responding law enforcers.
