THE Office of the 2025 Bar chairperson on Thursday formally invited employees of the Judiciary and lawyers to become local bar personnel in this year’s Bar examinations.
“Judiciary employees and lawyers working outside the judiciary are invited to serve as local bar personnel in the region they are currently residing in,” the one-page notice issued by Bar Chairperson Associate Justice Amy Lazaro-Javier said.
“Interested applicants may apply for the available positions through this link or QR Code until June 23, 2025 (Monday) events.judiciary.gov.ph/Umbrella?URI=P…,” it added.
The positions are for floor supervisors, head proctors and runners.
“Their duties and responsibilities, as well as the minimum qualification for each position, are indicated in the QR code, for your reference,” the notice further said.
It is not the first time that the Supreme Court has invited employees of the judiciary and private employees to participate in the Bar examinations as local bar personnel.
It started the practice during the 2022 Bar examinations.
This year’s Bar examinations will be conducted for three days, September 7, September 10, and September 14.
The University of Santo Tomas in Sampaloc, Manila will serve as the national headquarters for the 2025 Bar examinations.
Aside from being the national headquarters, UST will also be one of the dozen testing centers nationwide for the 2025 Bar exams.
