THE National Wages and Productivity Commission (NWPC) reminded private establishments to submit their 2024 Annual Establishment Report on or before June 30.
In a social media post, the NWPC said all private establishments are expected to submit their annual wage reports via reports.dole.gov.ph.
“Be compliant. Submit your 2024 Annual Establishment Report on or before 30 June 2025,” said the NWPC.
It said such reports are necessary for the establishment of appropriate wage policies.
“The timely submission of your report supports evidence-based wage setting and contributes to the formulation of wage policies,” said the NWPC.
It also said that the submission of reports is in accordance with Article 124 of the Labor Code of the Philippines.
“Your participation matters. Your compliance counts,” said the NWPC.
The report shall include the names of their rank-and-file employees, including learners, apprentices, and workers with disabilities, who were hired under the terms prescribed in the employment contracts, and their corresponding salaries and wages.
